That’s why we’ve streamlined our process so your project is designed to stay on track, minimize delays, and be a low-stress experience for you.
Here’s what you can expect if you hire the BathWorks team for your bathroom remodeling project.
1. Schedule a Free Consultation With Our Team
The first thing you need to do is contact us to tell us more about what you have in mind for your bathroom transformation. You can schedule a free consultation with our remodeling experts on our website or by calling 616-828-0011.
We’ll come out to your home for the consultation, so we can look at your current bathroom, answer any questions you have, and talk about your goals for the project. This is our time to really get to know each other so you can determine if we’re the right fit for your needs.
2. Receive Your Free Estimate
After our consultation, our team will get to work putting together an estimate for your project, based on the specifications we discussed. Once the estimate is ready, we’ll send it to you for review. It will include details about the scope of work we’ll do and an overview of the project’s proposed budget and timeline.
This is a no-obligation estimate, so you’ll have time to look it over and ask us any questions before you decide if you want to move forward with your project.
3. Make Your Design Selections
If you decide to hire us for the job, you’ll sign the contract and we’ll agree on a start date. Then, you’ll get to look through all of our design options to choose the materials you want to use in your new bathroom. This is your opportunity to get creative and make the selections that will help your bathroom feel more personal.
If any of your selections affect the number quoted in your estimate, we’ll talk through it together, so there are never any surprises.
4. Begin the Demolition and Installation
Our customers love demolition day because it’s when the transformation begins! We’ll arrive at your home and begin taking apart your bathroom so we can begin installing your new bathtub or shower. Depending on the specifics of your project, we may be able to complete the installation in as little as one day, so you won’t experience a disruption to your routine.
Regardless of the length of your project, we’ll always be sure to clean up after ourselves and treat your home with the utmost respect.
5. Complete the Project
Once we’re finished doing all of the work for your bathroom transformation, we’ll do a final walk-through with you to make sure you’re completely satisfied. We’ll use this time to show you everything we did and answer any remaining questions you have.
If everything looks good, we’ll do a final clean-up and leave you to enjoy your new bathroom!

Jake, Ace & Jimmy did a great job replacing my old tub/shower combo with a walk-in shower with a chair and grab bars. They covered everything with drop cloths and cleaned up their mess completely when they were done. They explained the lifetime warranty, how to operate the water handle and shower head as well as the cleaning of the shower in full. We're very satisfied with the professionalism and friendliness of all of them. We would definitely recommend Bath Works for your bathroom upgrade.
Jake and Jared made sure to explain everything they were going to do, they laid out drop cloths to protect the carpet and when they were done they picked everything up and even vacuumed for me. During installation they double checked where I wanted things installed. They were professional in their manner as well as the fabulous job they did installing my new shower. I would encourage anyone thinking of redoing their shower to give them a call.
