Justin was here on time. The shower looks great. But I had to have them back because when I used the shower it was leaking water into my basement. They fixed the leak right away. They also had to replace one of the panels. I appreciate that the repairs were done in a very timely manner. Thank you.

Amazing transformation. Justin and his right hand man were here on time and worked tirelessly to get the job done by 5 pm. They were nice, professional and informative. I highly recommend.

Brayden and his team did a wonderful job converting my old tub to a walk in shower! They put drop cloths down before starting their work and cleaned up everything after they were done. They even cleaned my bathroom mirror! I couldn’t believe how efficient and streamlined the installation was. Even my neighbors were impressed!

From the sales rep, customer service in the office, as well as the installers; Jason and Cameron we have had nothing but positive interactions. Everyone in their individual positions did an excellent job of explaining in detail what we needed to know. This is our 1st time working with Bath Works of Michigan and we recommend them highly. The team is awesome. We had good communication from start to finish. Everything was explained and as I monitored the progress it was evident they knew what they were doing. Brayden is professional, respectful and worked hard from start to finish. The same goes for the young man helping - sorry I forgot his name - and he worked hard. Everything was cleaned up as they worked, and afterwords I think our home was cleaner than when they started.

Absolutely gorgeous! Very polite, nice young men that went right to work. They covered my wood floors with drop cloths, and cleaned up afterwards. I couldn't be happier.
